Faulty/Damaged/Wrong Products
If you have received a faulty, damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@geniocase.com with your order number. We will replace the faulty item free of charge. Please include your order number in the email to initiate the return process.
Cancellation after ordering
If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been processed, contact us immediately before the shipment is dispatched (typically 1-3 business days). Once dispatched, you will not be able to cancel your order, and you will be required to return the item to receive a refund.
Change of Mind / Exchanges
Please contact us at support@geniocase.com within the 30 day money-back period if you have a change of mind. We do not accept returns for change of minds after the 30 day money-back period.
Never received
If your order tracking shows that your shipment has been delivered whereas you have never received a delivery, please contact us within 1 week of the delivery date. We will investigate the delivery and may issue a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Our goal is to fully process returns within two days of their arrival. However, during times of high demand, it may take a bit longer to process your return. Keep in mind that it may take three to seven business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
